so this guy goes for a walk

The Pedestrian story by Ray Bradbury takes place in 2053 A.D. on a cold November evening, it is about a man who goes on a walk in a point in time when most people are drawn to technology and glued to there t.v.s The pedestrians tone changed throughout the story from a moderate walk into a shocking alert a police car stops him for walk and goes on by taking him in for investigation. The reason for this was that at this point in time something as simple as walking would be as Awkward showing us how attached to technology we have become.

In today's reading what I understand about it was that we all have a gift and will fully blossom through time. The another tell us that life is given to us to progress into a independent individual and to do this we have to become aware of our soundings and the consequences of our action. Although it may take time to accomplish someone who does not strive for anything or make an effort will not gain and fruits from himself. In the process of becoming independent depending on our Actions others will treat us differently .

what I learned today

I've learned that we live in a world of competition and sacrifices. If you want to succeed and become better you need to understand your weaknesses and and fix them. We were made to evolve, we are naturally programmed to work in a system of trial and error. With saying this there is always time for progress and no one but you has the power to fully commit to it.

Was it all a dream?

when I read the Young Goodman Brown story I noticed many manifestations of God like powers. In my point of view manifestation like this can happen but due to critical thinking and the ending of the story I thought it was just a dream given to Young Goodman brown as an awakening to his faith.
